100 point identyfication

Information below are taken from Westpack Bank and are required for our clients opening account with Westpack ( see Special Offerts on home page). In bold we marked easiest option for pepole new in Australia.

International Travel Document (Current and valid foreign issued passport only)*	Documents must contain the following: Full name Date of birth photograph signature	70*
Licence/permit (Australian) or Pension/Seniors/Healthcare Card (Australia) or Identification Card issued to a Public service employee (Australia) or Identification card issued to a student at an Australian higher education institution (TAFE or University)	Licence/permit must be one of the following: Drivers Licence Learners Permit Shooters/Firearms Licence Boat Licence Taxi Licence Security guards Licence Must contain a signature and/or photograph. Only one item can be counted for 40 points. Additional documents in this category can be awarded 25 points	first at 40 then 25
Rating Authority (Council Rates Notice)	A rates Notice must contain the full name of the customer of signatory e.g. John Smith, not J.smith and must not be address to a PO Box.	25
Medicare card	Must be current. Expired cards cannot be used.	25
Proof of age cards Keypass, or Proof of age or 18+ card	Must contain a signature and photograph	25
Current Credit Card or ATM Card or Passbook Issued by an Australian financial institution	Only two will be accepted and must be from different financial institutions: The name and signature must appear on the card or passbook.	25
Records of a public utility (water, gas, electricity)	Only one public utility can be used, must be less then 6 months old and must show 1 current address.	25
Foreign drivers Licence	Must be current with signature and/or photograph.	25
